For Artist Alley Packages, a 50% refund will be provided for any cancellations made before March 1st, 2017. Cancellations made after this deadline is non-refundable.
Any Artists that are not approved after Artist Alley Form submission will be fully refunded.
Tables and passes are non-transferable to other artists/attendees. This includes other artists already registered under the same table. Tables and passes are non-transferrable to the following years. In the event of either a full or partial cancellation of an Artist Alley Table Package, SPJA reserves the right to resell or otherwise reassign cancelled tables.
