Due to the limitations of the registration system there is no direct upgrade. Instead, please purchase the badge that you would like. Send us your new order number and old order number so we can refund your old order. Send your request to email@example.com.
In order to downgrade a badge (example: 4-Day to 1-Day), you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You must register again for the new badge. If you are not eligible for a refund, you have the option to transfer your 4-Day badge to the following year. Additional fees may apply for transfers to the next year.
As a reminder, badges purchased after June 1st, 2017 are non-refundable.
