Due to the limitations of the registration system, there is no direct upgrade. Instead, please purchase the badge that you would like. Send us your new order number and old order number so we can refund your old order. Send your request to email@example.com.
In order to downgrade a badge (example: 4-Day to 1-Day), you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You must register again for the new badge.
