I currently got admitted to volunteer as an information specialist/customer service representative for the information services department. I have been trying to find out the required paperwork for admitted volunteers. However, I have not been able to since when I try to log into my SPJA volunteer account, I keep receiving this message: Your account is currently being reviewed by our department managers. If one of them is interested in your profile they will message you using the information you placed on your application with further instructions. I want to know if there is anything I could do to fix this issue since the paperwork is due April 7th. Can you please provide me with the information necessary to resolve this issue?

I can confirm that you received and electronically signed the DocuSign packet containing your volunteer forms and that you have completed the YPP training courses, background check, and volunteer training video and quiz portions of your volunteer requirements. As such, you have been added to the Information Services main distrolist. Please reach out to your department manager for information regarding future volunteer trainings.
