Shuttle Service

Hi I just saw the shuttle service list and noticed the two hotels in Commerce are not listed as stops. If they are included for the AX hotel block why wouldn't they be available for the shuttle to go to? What stop on the shuttle route should people staying in those hotels go to?

They are included in our block to provide more hotels for our attendees but unfortunately we just do not have shuttles running to those areas.
The Crowne Hotel in commerce provides a shuttle to and from the Los Angeles Convention Center, but the Double Tree does not.
