Hello, and good day to whomever this may concern. My name is Grady Olson and I was hoping to find out some information and advice in regards to something I was hoping to do at AX 2020. As many have probably already realized this coming AX will be shortly followed by the one year anniversary of the tragedy Kyoto Animation experienced this year. In light of this realization, I had an idea and was wondering how best to execute this idea respecting the event and venue. I would like to bring, with the event coordinators permission, of course, a small table to set up an area for people to sign their names or a small message to Kyoto Animation on one of several sheets of card stock I want to bring. The plan is after filling out the pages I bring I'll, under my own means, collect them together and mail them to the studio along with a Picture of the cover page which will say, One Year Later We Are Still Here With You We Are All KYOANI STRONG, surrounded by people in KyoAni cosplay. Again I wish to do this with the support of the Anime Expo staff and in a way that is unobtrusive to the event and its venue. I hope to hear back from someone on the AX team soon, you can contact me at my email address here, or by phone at 626-230-7461. Again thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Thank you Mr. Locke I hope to hear from whomever would be in charge of helping me with this as I and many others who have expressed interest on my post on the Anime Expo subreddit very much want to send this to the studio for the employees and their families. Also sorry for accidentally downvoting your reply im on mobile and hit the wrong arrow. I am aware it may be sometime before I hear from someone directly as we are still so far out from the actual event I am patiently waiting with enthusiasm.
Best regards
Grady Olson.
